At East2West Surf, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives promptly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


 


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
